One-Time Products

Rankseen currently sells a fixed-scope, one-time Visibility Evidence Loop founder pilot. There is no recurring renewal.

Refund Requests

Refunds are reviewed case by case. If the service was unavailable due to a Rankseen-controlled issue or you were charged in error, contact support with the account email and charge details.

Non-Refundable Items

Fees may be non-refundable after baseline work, drafting, or an operator-led review has been delivered; where provider costs were incurred; where abuse is detected; or where a refund is not supported by the merchant-of-record or payment processor.

Payment Provider Terms

Payments may be processed by a merchant-of-record provider. Their billing, tax, dispute, and refund handling rules may also apply.
