Refund Policy

Free Trial

Rankseen may offer a no-credit-card trial. You can cancel during the trial from your dashboard without being charged.

Subscription Cancellations

You can cancel a paid subscription from your dashboard. Cancellation stops future renewal. Access may continue until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated by the payment provider.

Refund Requests

Refunds are reviewed case by case. If the service was unavailable due to a Rankseen-controlled issue or you were charged in error, contact support with the account email and charge details.

Non-Refundable Items

Fees may be non-refundable where service access was delivered, provider costs were incurred, abuse is detected, or a refund is not supported by the merchant-of-record or payment processor.

Payment Provider Terms

Payments may be processed by a merchant-of-record provider. Their billing, tax, dispute, and refund handling rules may also apply.
