Use of the Service
Rankseen provides AI visibility monitoring, reports, and related workflow tools. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit and for using outputs in compliance with applicable laws, professional rules, and advertising guidelines.
No Guaranteed Results
Reports and recommendations are informational. Rankseen does not guarantee rankings, AI mentions, leads, revenue, legal outcomes, or platform behavior.
Accounts and Security
You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. We may restrict access for abuse, non-payment, security risk, or violation of these terms.
Founder Pilot
The Visibility Evidence Loop is a fixed-scope, one-time founder pilot. Rankseen does not need or receive your CMS, analytics, GBP, or client-account credentials. You are responsible for reviewing, approving, and publishing all draft material, and for submitting the public URL if you want a follow-up review scheduled.
Follow-Up Delivery
A submitted public URL records a future follow-up review date. The review and comparison report are operator-led and depend on the same measurement conditions remaining available. They may report observed change, no observed change, not comparable, or unavailable; they do not promise an outcome.
Third-Party Services
The service depends on hosting, database, payment, AI, search, email, and analytics providers. Outages or policy changes from those providers may affect availability or results.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rankseen is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.
